Gargoyles Talk about Fotheringhay Church

ISBN 1 902256 05 0 Published by Michael Lee Chapel Publications Wansford PE8 6JD.
The book has 14 pages and is half A4 6 x 8" in size with a glossy  squared back cover and contains 16 illustrations and drawings.

A small book for children and adults about gargoyles telling the history of Fotheringhay church.

This is easy reading for children and a good introduction to historical events.
Blaster the dog sits at the right hand side of his master William Horwood the stone mason who built the church starting in 1434.

They have been seen in recent years walking round the lantern. The church was locked.

All the gargoyles in turn tell  their part of the story starting at the north-east end of the church and moving anti-clockwise to the south east end.

This little book is humerous and sells very well in the church and is part of a fund raising project.

The Clipbird

The book has 16 pages and is half A4 6 x 8" in size with a glossy  squared back cover and contains 11 illustrations and drawings.

A small book about a hungry bird who sits in the window of Clipsham Church in Rutland with a number of friends, including his girlfriend Winbird.

Clipbird is not looking very happy as he feels that he is not likely to find anything to eat in this very clean stained glass window. His luck changes, but  he is finally chased off by a wolf.

Both books would make an ideal Christmas Stocking filler
