Blaster the dog sits at the right hand side of his master William Horwood the stone mason who built the church starting in 1434. |
They have been seen in recent years walking round the lantern. The church was locked.
All the gargoyles in turn tell their part of the story starting at the north-east end of the church and moving anti-clockwise to the south east end.
This little book is humerous and sells very well in the church and is part of a fund raising project.
